No, you cannot withdraw active bonus credits directly.

On Indwin 7, bonus credits are kept in a separate «Bonus Balance» that is strictly for playing. You can only withdraw this money once it has been converted into your «Withdrawable Balance».

How to turn Bonus Credits into Cash:

1. Meet the Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a multiplier (e.g., 20x or 30x). This means you must place bets totaling that multiple of the bonus amount before the funds «unlock.»
   • Example: If you have a ₹1,000 bonus with a 20x requirement, you must place ₹20,000 worth of bets to make the bonus withdrawable.
2. Check Game Contributions: Not all games count equally toward the requirement.
   • Slots: Usually contribute 100% (every ₹100 bet counts as ₹100 toward the goal).
   • Live Casino/Table Games: Often contribute only 10% to 20% (every ₹100 bet only counts as ₹10 or ₹20 toward the goal).
