In the 2026 gaming environment, Indwin 7 maintains high security standards regarding personal and financial data. Once a profile is verified, changing core details like your registered name or bank information is not a «self-service» option to prevent unauthorized account takeovers and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
If you need to update these details, you must follow the official 2026 Security Protocol:
1. Changing Your Registered Name
Since your name is tied to your Aadhaar/PAN during the KYC process, you cannot change it directly in the app settings.
- Reason for Change: Changes are only permitted for legal reasons (e.g., marriage, gazette name change) or to correct a typographical error made during sign-up.
- Action: You must contact the Indwin 7 Compliance Team via the in-app support chat or official Telegram.
- Documents Required: You will be asked to provide a high-resolution photo of your updated ID and a «selfie-with-ID» to prove the request is legitimate.
2. Updating Bank or UPI Details
Indwin 7 uses a «Closed-Loop» payment system, meaning the app prefers you to withdraw to the same account used for deposits.
- To Add a New UPI ID: Go to Withdrawal > Add Payment Method. You can usually add a new UPI ID (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.), but it must be verified with a small «test deposit» of ₹100.
- To Change an Existing Bank Account: If your old bank account is closed or inactive, you cannot simply delete it. You must reach out to 24/7 Customer Support to «Unbind» the old account.
- Verification: Support will verify your recent transaction history (e.g., «What was your last deposit amount?») before allowing you to link a new bank account.
Important Rules for 2026
- Identity Match: The name on the new bank account/UPI ID must exactly match the registered name on your Indwin 7 profile. Mismatched details will lead to an automatic «Security Freeze.»
- Cooling-off Period: After changing bank or UPI details, there is often a 24-hour security cooling-off period during which withdrawals are temporarily disabled to protect your funds from potential hackers.
- No Third-Party Accounts: Linking a bank account belonging to a friend or relative is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent account ban.
