What is ‘Withdrawable Balance’ vs ‘Total Balance’?
Understanding the difference between these two balances is key to managing your money on Indwin 7 and avoiding rejected withdrawal requests.
The Core Difference
Total Balance: This is the «big number» you see. It represents every rupee currently in your account, including your own deposits, your winnings, and any active bonus credits or promotional funds.
Withdrawable Balance: This is the amount you actually «own» and can send to your bank account right now. It excludes any funds currently locked by casino rules.
Why is my Withdrawable Balance lower?
There are three main reasons why you might see a discrepancy:
Clear the Rollover: Check your «Bonuses» tab. As you play, your bonus funds gradually «unlock» and move into your withdrawable balance.
Finish the Game: Ensure you have exited all game rooms. Sometimes the system holds a small «reserve» if it thinks you are still mid-play.
Check Verification: If you have high winnings but zero withdrawable balance, it often means you need to complete your KYC (Aadhaar/PAN) to «unlock» the cash-out feature.
Pro Tip: Always check the Withdrawable Balance before entering the amount in the withdrawal screen. If you try to withdraw even ₹1 more than what is listed there, the system will instantly reject the request.
