Why is my Google Pay (GPay) deposit showing as ‘Pending’?
It is frustrating when your funds are in limbo, especially when you are ready to play. On Indwin 7, a ‘Pending’ status for a GPay (UPI) deposit usually doesn’t mean the money is lost; it typically indicates a communication delay between three points: Your Bank, Google Pay, and the Indwin Payment Gateway.
Here are the most common reasons and the steps you should take:
1. Bank Server Latency (Most Common)
Even if the money has left your bank account, the bank’s UPI server might be slow in sending the «Success» confirmation to Indwin.
- The Fix: Wait 15 to 30 minutes. Most pending transactions in India resolve themselves automatically within this window.
2. The «App Switching» Timeout
If you took too long to switch from the Indwin site to the GPay app, or if you didn’t return to the Indwin page immediately after entering your PIN, the session might have «timed out» on the casino’s end.
- The Fix: In the future, always wait for the GPay «Payment Successful» screen to automatically redirect you back to the Indwin dashboard.
3. UPI RefID Verification
Sometimes the automated system fails to link your payment to your account.
- The Fix: Open your GPay transaction history and find the 12-digit UPI Transaction ID (Ref No.). Go to the Indwin deposit page and look for an option to «Manually Enter Ref ID» or «Submit UTR.» Entering this number often triggers an instant update.
